Tuesday, November 29, 2022 - Since my previous note (5/21) the oak has faded significantly, letting the cherry and rose petal characteristics flourish. Tannins and acidity overall have further softened and the palate adds a hint of savory spice and white flowers. Nice but hoped for more.
