Thursday, December 1, 2022 - Jadotfest 22; 12/1/2022-12/2/2022 (The Medlar): On pouring - a whiff of oak on the nose, this couldn't be anything other than a chardonnay. Colour - pale straw. On the palate - so structured, so refined - linearity and cut. Wine like this could restore my faith in white burgundy. My WOTN.
