Unlikely that it was one of the late releases, certainly didn't appear to be recorked. Bottle development has taken over a little too much with some meatallic / sanguine aromas masking purity. Very developed with lots of tertiary mushroom, dry leather and game notes. Structurally still sound and enjoyable to a degree but appears to be on the way down. At a good price a bottle may be worth the gamble, but this particular one probably peaked a few years back already.
