Wednesday, February 14, 2024 - This has really come together. Decant for 90 minutes.

Classic cab. A little reticent on the nose with fruit, cedar, and earth. Powerful flavors of dark cherry, tar, bell pepper, black pepper, tobacco, spice. Balanced acidity, flavor, and tannin. Very enjoyable.
