Wednesday, April 24, 2024 - Unctuous on the palate, this smells of bacon fat and beef drippings. Black raspberry compote and black figs on the palate with a hint of lavender in the finish. This is a three-course meal in a glass. So complete. So delicious. The tannins sneak up on the back end; so this might be worth revisiting in five years. Drink now to 2033. Outstanding.
