Thursday, October 6, 2022 - This is just starting to show all of its charms. Opening with earthy kirsch, black raspberry, thyme, flowers, and strawberries. Supple and seductive, with silky tannins and a lush finish, you find a hint of cocoa and fig, along with all of its opulent red fruits in the finish. The wine is made from 100% old vine Grenache from vines that are well over 100 years of age, which give this good concentration and depth of flavor. Drink from 2023 - 2037.
