2/27/2024 12:48:00 AM - Given your experience, it sounds like something was either wrong with the bottle or you didn't give it the opportunity to present itself well.
Did you give it plenty of time to open in the bottle and serve it in a large Burgundy stem? Chablis usually needs a ton of air to come around.

2/27/2024 9:22:00 AM - I don't think the bottle was defective, but I should have mentioned Le Dome, restaurant in Paris has only tiny glasses and indeed should have been open much earlier, still I was not very impressed with this bottle. Will try again in May when I get back to to Paris.
