Friday, February 25, 2022 - Second best Clos de Ducs at today's tasting, behind only '99 D'Angerville. Notably darker fruit to the red fruit of all the D'Angerville wines. This was sultry, and easy to drink (not something I find myself often saying about '05 reds). I suspect this is about a decade from starting its peak phase, but it's very good today.
