Saturday, December 31, 2022 - Ripe lemon and stone fruit to the nose, toasty and slightly oily with a lightly creamy note. Subtle gunflint. Broad, tangy and rich mouthfeel, with a slightly saline finish. Classic Pouilly Fuisse, but slightly lacking in complexity and length.
