Thursday, September 23, 2021 - Pnp and quite good. Rich enough for traditional Jewish brisket and enough acidity to be unfazed by a Caprese salad drizzled with oil and Balsamico. With the depth of fruit and good structure I'm sure it will age well for a few years too.
