Friday, April 3, 2020 - To the nose, apple (red > green), peach, pear and slight honey, plus white flower. On the palate, same fruit (no noteworthy citrus or melon) with some spice. Oddly a slight touch of phenol? Crisp with an edge. Medium to full mouthfeel and length. Alcohol is notable. Paired well with swordfish and tuna, and even the salmon, plus Caribbean rice.
