Saturday, April 15, 2023 - Flavors of pear, honeysuckle, and slight lemon composed in the body of a crisp, sharp sparkling chardonnay. The name Le Reve, "the Dream" is perfect for this wine. I keep consuming this vintage and it keeps demonstrating the length of longevity remaining in the bottle. I am now pushing my drink window out another 3 years to 2033.
