Sunday, November 20, 2022 - Decanted this one about 3 hours before it started showing fruit. Then it truly opened up more and more the next 2 -3 hours at dinner. Still tight on the finish after about 5 hours exposed to open air, but it did show signs of greatness to come. I don't know the percentages here since there are so many varietals in this field blend, but zin appears to be the dominant one here. I know it was young, but I have 3 more and couldn't help myself. If you have one of these, there is no hurry. This one will last 10 more years, but I will not open my next one for at least 5 more years
