Saturday, May 13, 2023 - Bright yellow/greenish lemon color. Fresh, mineral-driven and bright, with notes of citrus, peach, some minerality, there is also a nice note of white flowers, just a touch of buttery sweet spices, the oak is perfectly integrated and barely perceivable. It‘s medium+ bodied, with nice persistence, it has medium-high acidity and just overall really nice balance. Long finish. A very pretty and complete Puligny-Villages from this excellent producer. Drinking really well now but still has a good 5+ years ahead.
