Thursday, June 17, 2021 - Blind 2014 / 2017 White Burgundy (Chez Winefool): Blind. Pretty nose of lemon-lime, orchard fruit and florals. Palate is richly fruited with nice power and balance. Came across a bit simple. When told there was village wine in the otherwise 1er cru lineup, most called this as the village wine. (although then another village bottle turned up, which was mistakingly inserted as a 1er). My 5/5, Group #5.
