Saturday, August 6, 2022 - Night at Ravinia (Highland Park, IL): Tasted double blind. Clearly from Burgundy from a young and balanced vintage, I correctly thought 2017. Lots of ripe apple with faint peach and herbaceous traces. Very good depth and weight for its level. Very good now.
