Initially reductive in the struck match mold, it later shows angular citrus and underripe tropical notes, that are then anchored to the ground by a mineral base as firm as the rocks of Stonehenge. I honestly cannot say that drinking this was a sensory pleasure, but it was intellectually fascinating. I’ll leave my other bottle for a multi-year sleep, just to see what might happen.
