Sunday, January 1, 2023 - 2022 New Years Eve: Malolactic fermentation, subtle oak, sea spray and lime are evident on the nose. Slight sea spray on the palate (but not very saline), more shells and minerality along with the lime and other citrus. This is an interesting style that has a foot in the new world camp and a foot in chablis.
