Wednesday, January 31, 2024 - A Taste of Serralunga Dinner-La Festa del Barolo 2024 (Locanda Verde, New York): Red. Soil driven nose. Medium weight and quite enveloping texture. Not at all fruit forward, but black cherry comes up along with mint. Fresh acidity and a tannic finish.
