Saturday, January 3, 2015 - This is for the Ravissement des Vignes 1996 Blanc de Blancs Brut. Couldn't add it to CT for some reason. A truly excellent wine, with lots of power and richness plus detail and finesse. Remarkably fresh for the age. A crazy buy for a 1996 vintage Champagne from a top house. Will drink my remaining bottles over the coming years.
