Thursday, October 25, 2018 - Taste North Canterbury 2018 (Christchurch, New Zealand): Dense, dark red colour, like a Central Otago. Floral nose, with cherries and roses. Savoury palate, red berries and cherry layers balanced with (almost overwhelmed by!?) big savoury flavours and fine tannins, finishing long. Still a bit closed now, but should cellar beautifully.
