Friday, April 23, 2021 - Golden yellow hue. Intense creamy nose of pineapple, oyster, honey and straw. Surprising oxidative, even given the vintage. Clean and pleasant but dominated with tropical fruit aromas and bakery. Not too complex. I'd recommend start drinking it now.
