Monday, October 30, 2023 - Unexpected deliciousness. Somewhat reasonably priced just off Times Square, paired well with jetlag and beef with green beans. Definitely has a glossiness and the oak is more than apparent, but somewhat light on its feet and doesn't feel like its 14% abv. It will never have the presence of a Tondonia or Ardanza but that's no bad thing. I'll look for another bottle when back in blighty - to see how much my perception was clouded by the environment.
