Thursday, October 25, 2018 - Taste North Canterbury 2018 (Christchurch, New Zealand): An interesting, floral Sauvignon Blanc from North Canterbury. Palate is pleasant and mild mannered, relatively subdued fruits of lime and pineapple, with neither the bold green capsicum and tomato leaf from Marlborough, nor the tropical fruits of Hawke's Bay.
