Monday, September 7, 2020 - My surprise WOTN amidst a strong lineup. Gave it 2 hours in bottle after popping the cork before serving. Lovely brioche and yeast flavors with fine bubbles. Paired spectacularly with deviled duck eggs. For me, this easily trumped an always-nice Krug NV.
