Sunday, April 10, 2011 - Decanted and tasted over 3 hours next to the '90. Initially beautifully aromatic but closed to taste, this came around beautifully at Prosecco, Chicago with Wild Boar papardelle with mushrooms and truffle. Rich fruit and great depth were very youthful, particulary next to 15 year older version. Very similar, but so different in maturity. This has a long life ahead of it and may likely eventually surpass the wonderful '90.
