Wednesday, August 23, 2017 - Upon opening it was lively with garrigue, tar and meat flavor. The long finish showed grippy tannins. At that time, I would have been rated 92. However, after breathing for a few hours the flavor and vibrancy ebbed a bit and the tannins softened, warranting an 90 rating. My overall rating is the average of the two ratings.
