Saturday, February 17, 2018 - Decanted at the restaurant, but could have used several more hours. Garrigue, meat and spices along with dark fruit. Continued to open and improve in the glass. Shame on me for not taking my own advise on air-time. Sure I left a couple of points in the empty bottle.
