Does not like this wine:

Monday, January 24, 2022 - Cool lemon zest on the nose, followed by slight mineral and peach.
Slight peach up front on the palate followed by saline mineral.
Dry and medium finish. Not my style of a Sauvignon Blanc.
I would drink now.
