Community Tasting Note

Tuesday, May 23, 2023 - Underwhelming when twist'n'poured but really opened up over the next 30mins. Apparently I should have reviewed my tasting note from the last bottle.

Ripe cherries, blackberry, chocolate and just subtle hints of mint and vanilla. The alcohol at 15% is a touch hot, but if you're drinking McLaren Vale Shiraz you can't complain too much about prominent alcohol 😄
