Saturday, June 25, 2022 - This Savagnin is quite bretty. There are some good elements though, with notes of Comte cheese, green apple, chalk and lemon. It has a floral thing that reminds me of lantana in the Summer heat and it has great chalky build in the mouth. The finish is tannic, salty and chewy.
