Tuesday, August 1, 2023 - Aux cras and Les boudots are my favourite vineyards in NSG. This was smoky, cedary, meaty and with loads of tobacco, but at the same time fresh, pure, incredibly delicate and balanced with heaps of red fruit and subtle earthy herbal aromatics. One of the best NSG I've had.
