Saturday, July 23, 2022 - Off the Modern wine list. Decanted.
Silky in texture, with a rounded out core. Feels like a well aged barolo, but with a lot deeper concentration and darker fruit, but still showing brighter fruit characteristics in the aroma gravitating around the core. Lovely.
