Sunday, December 10, 2017 - Decanted 2 hours, served with Beef Wellington. Not even close to peak. Dark purple with no bricking and little sign of age. Nose of graphite and plum, mouth-coating viscosity with tar, plum and grip. Outstanding and hard to believe the age.
