Friday, December 24, 2021 - Tried a sip on open at cellar temp and found it a bit muted, but it showed promise. Decanted for an hour and consumed over the next hour. Some dark cherries and plenty of pepper and earth in this full-bodied wine.

Even though it's young, this seemed well integrated and was enjoyable. I will let remaining bottles age a bit as I suspect it will improve.
