Sunday, September 19, 2021 - Light red colour. Nose of ripe strawberries with a touch of cranberry. This follows through onto the palate. Very long. Nicely ripe fruit but very well poised / balanced. There is a fab savoury seam (almost a "funky" sourness) woven through the wine and some light earth/baking spice notes. Very, very well integrated light tannins!! Still quite primary. Drinking well though. So lovely. This is young. Fabulous potential for aging. Not super long time - 2-4 yrs maybe
