Thursday, May 18, 2023 - Domaine Roger Sabon - Cuvee Reserve 2017. Dark ruby color. Roasted meet, garrigue and blackberry in the nose, some pepper. The wine is full bodied and has a great concentration. Fine tanins are present well balanced with the acidity. Lovely at the palate with a long stay of black fruits. Love this wine and the Domain !
