Sunday, March 28, 2010 - Deep ruby highlights with a nice nose of vanilla and spices. A soft, full-bodied, velvety and well balanced wine. Very enoyable, lasting finish. Decanted for three hours before serving; didn't fully open until after five hours. Should age well.
