Sunday, November 27, 2016 - This wind is definitely in a good spot now, and I would not advise keeping it for much longer. The tannins are fully resolved and it is very smooth, with a very pleasant Nebbiolo tar and roses flavors, and a light to medium mouth feel. Not many secondary flavors but very pure Nebbiolo sensations.
