Thursday, May 14, 2020 - Pnp’d from the cellar. Pulled this bottle from the cellar and noticed lots of tartaric acid floaters in the bottle. Poured the first glass to see what’s noticeable in the glass. Huge aromatics of tropical fruit but difficult to zero in on one. I get citrus, pineapple, orange zest, lemon and a hairspray pith with a touch of caramel! Still a wonderful wine, sip by sip. Forget the flavors, it’s all about the aromatics!
