Wednesday, December 30, 2020 - Very pale straw yellow. Terribly young, but so enjoyable already. Like a lot of Mesnil-sur-Ofer BdB there’s a strong/vibrant lemon curd to it slightly overtaking the ripe orchard fruits. This is a very well made champagne that I’m happy to be able to follow for awhile.
