Sunday, March 17, 2019 - Nose: ripe. Stone fruit with a hint of mineral. Pleasing overall
Palate: lacks the poise and cushion of Champagne, the bubbles are more raw & abrupt. The fruit on the palate is almost overrun by metallic energy, but somehow it doesn’t feel imbalanced. Through the aggressive bubbles there is a high, not unpleasant citrus finish. This is definitely better than the average Cava. A rebuy at $13, I think.
