Sunday, September 17, 2023 - First Rousseau! Core of well defined fruit - rasberry and red cherry. Lifted floral notes. Layered nose. Long savoury touched finish. Fantastic but not mind-blowing.

WSET notes:

Pale ruby.

Pronounced on the nose with violet, raspberry, red cherry, clove, leather. Developing.

Pronounced and dry on the palate. Medium body, medium alcohol, high acidity, medium plus tannins, long finish.

Can drink now but has potential for aging.
