Saturday, November 10, 2018 - I drank this bottle partly out of concern that it would soon be past its prime. In fact, while it may not improve, it is delicious at this mature stage. The flavors tend toward dark fruits, blueberry, and it has a chewy, leathery texture after two hours of decanting and some time in the glass.
