Tuesday, March 19, 2024 - For me this wine is one of my top choices for pairing with cheese appetizers and then beef dinner. It is fruit forward with cherry and blueberry and some caramel. A medium finish with understated tannins but full bodied nonetheless . Not much spice or lingering after tones as in a classic high end cab but just a very pleasant dinner wine that many guests will enjoy
