Sunday, November 15, 2020 - This does not need much if any air time. And it needs to be drank with a bit of a chill IMO. Popped and poured with a glass decant. Its light such that you can see your hand through Ruby. The nose is sweet and sour cherry, touches of cranberry. Smells tart. Guess what? It is tart. The fruit is as advertised, light and bright, lower side of medium acidity and completely void of any tannic structure. It lives and dies by the fruit and acidity. Finish is a ride of the cherry and finishes a tart fade, short and simple. Good porch quaffer, drink now and soon. Was nice to sip and play guitar.
