Saturday, April 2, 2005 - Aroma was very balanced fruit and a little spice. Palate was very balanced with rasberry, spice and a little bit of tobacco. Linger is very nice, smooth and consistant. Doesn't "jump up and grab you" but is a very nice, smooth Pinot that you can drink to your hearts content. It is possible this could get overwhelmed by some strong tasting foods.
