Monday, August 29, 2022 - One hour double decant. Very very deep, bright, hazy magenta color. Whoppers (chocolate covered malt balls), Korean plum, raspberry preserves, and cinnamon on the nose. Smooth, dry palate, with spicy acidity. Soft tannins on the medium long finish.

This is nice, but more red-fruited than I like. A firmer finish would also be nice. It’s still a very fun CS.
