Wednesday, June 14, 2023 - Coravin by the glass. Aromas of blackberry, baker’s chocolate, earth and dried herbs. Black fruit, chocolate, herbs, earth and a hint of cinnamon on the palate. Good persistence. Medium to full bodied. Served with grilled pork chops.
