Friday, February 7, 2020 - This blend of 80% Cabernet Franc and 20% Tannat has medium intensity aromatics featuring minerally, dark spice, and blackberry aromas. The medium-full bodied palate has spicy and blackberry flavours with hints of mineral laying underneath, supported by structured tannins and fresh acids. Long, structured finish with dark berry and earthy tones.
